What surprises await us spread throughout Caleido?
Creative and storytelling workshops
In the Events Room you will find a giant board, a space to make toys and crafts that the little ones will love, a place to write the letter to Santa Claus or SS.MM the Three Wise Men and send it to our mailbox. In addition, we will have a library area and a story-telling area.
And pay attention, because we have one more surprise: a meet & greet with the iconic and official The Elf on the Shelf. On Saturdays, December 14 and 21, from 5 to 8 p.m.
Treasure hunt
Scout Elves love fun. That's why, in Caleido, your little occurrences will become a fun game of clues. And with a final prize!
Children and adults! Get your adventure passport and when you complete it… You could win a batch of prizes from The Elf On The Shelf!
A total of 3 lots of prizes* will be awarded, that is, we will have 3 winners and each lot will consist of:
- A reindeer from the Pets The Elf on The Shelf collection and a story book.
- An arctic fox from the Pets The Elf on The Shelf collection and a story book.
- A book box and an elf from The Elf on The Shelf.
Remember to pick up your passport at the Information Point, located on Urban Street and at the corresponding times (Sun-Th 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.; Fri 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and S 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.).
*If you are a winner, the prizes can be collected until January 31, 2025 at the Information Point.

The first thing you will find on our Urban Street will be a spectacular entrance arch with giant elements, a unique gateway to a fantasy world (and a really cool selfie point).

From November 29 to December 15: weekends only.
- Fridays from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
From December 20 to January 5: every day of the week.
*On December 24 and 31 and January 5, reduced hours from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. *On December 25 and January 1, there will be no activities.
